The Organization Design services
Exeo Consulting supports the client in the design and implementation of organizational and process changes regarding the whole firm or single functional areas, through the following types of interventions.
The organizational structure design
Evaluation methodologies of the organizational “as is” model and simulation of different alternatives of the “to be” model for: managing situations of dimensional growth, acquisitions or mergers of firms, change of product/market strategy and of business model, re-engineering of the business processes.
The design of the organizational micro-structure and of the roles
Methodologies of design of the organizational micro-structure and of the roles to specify the organizational functioning after changes of structure, systems and processes. The methodology favours the description of: Key Performance Indicators, criticalities to deal with, competencies requested for the optimal fulfilment of the role and the model of acquisition/development.
The process design
Intervention on the organizational processes that enables us to define both the changes that must be introduced (up to the level of operative procedures) and the indicators for controlling these processes, in order to, for example: implement strategies of cost and quality recovery, reduce the time to market and the time to customer, increase the integration between centre and peripherical or field units.
The staff sizing
Consolidated methodology of survey of the work load and of evaluation of the possible efficiency recoveries, both on the organizational and technological level, usable in projects of: downsizing, start of new organization units, redrawing of processes and redistribution of work loads, introduction of new technologies and systems, mergers, acquisitions, privatization.
