Exeo Consulting has consolidated experience in the analysis, design and support to the implementation of the Human Resources management and development systems. The services regard both the design of the contents and of the processes, and their implementation and, where deemed necessary, the configuration or creation of supporting information systems.

Evaluation of performance
The evaluation of the performance, conceived in order to introduce principles of meritocratic fairness and to check each person’s contributions, today is also needed in order to clarify expectations regarding staff, to direct them towards the priorities and to observe the improvements in a continuous process of performance management.

MBO Systems
The MBO systems are generally applied to the “management population”, often only to the Top Management, in relation to the economical and financial targets, trying to adapt annual goals to middle term ones. Exeo Consulting has applied MBO systems also in other different situations, including organizations that have focused their system on: results of projects lasting two-three years; goals connected at an interfunctional level for the improvement of macro-processes like the supply chain and the “passive cycle”; or, further, in contexts of stimulation of staff loyalty, with the assignment of rewards based not only on results but also on loyalty.

HR potential assessment
Knowing “whom to rely on” represents a basic requirement for all complex organizations. Exeo Consulting is able to install and create a system meant to identify the requisites of potential, to refine the most appropriate tools and methodologies, to set up a system for rewarding , training and career development of the “high-potential individuals”. The realization of a system to assess potential is particularly important in situations of change of the external scenario and of the firm’s strategy, in situations of organizational restructuring, when the people in key roles don’t have short term replacements, when the Organization is in a situation of rapid dimensional growth.

Career Management
A modern system of career management is necessary to help the growth of the new generations and as an instrument for guaranteeing the employability of the resources as time passes. The management of careers is particularly critic in: organizations strongly divided into compartments, which have difficulties in producing resources able to assume wide managerial responsibilities, situations of turnover which is high and concentrated in specific sectors or age bands; when people tend to stagnate in their professional area for too long, or after inquiries regarding the climate and motivation in order to give concrete answers to people’s needs.

Competency Systems
With the concept of “competency” and the development of the pertinent management systems, the HR Functions have entered a new era, in which the people management is done in a strict and analytic way in order to maximize the investments in training, recruitment and incentive.
