The Change Management services
Exeo Consulting has developed various experiences of planning and implementation of actions and tools for the management of processes of change.

Balanced Scorecard of change
Change is similar to navigation. Exeo Consulting has developed the BSC tool, adapting it from a strategic control system to an “instrument panel” for the control of the course of the organization change. The adoption of BSC has turned out to be a winning ingredient, for example in situations of decentralization of responsibilities, with the aim of improving the service to the customer and recovering flexibility, as in the processes of improvement of the production units performances, with aims of lead-time, productivity and quality.
Project and Temporary Management of the change
Exeo Consulting offers consulting resources for the amount of time necessary, “change agents” proactive in organizing what is requested in order to carry into effect the change and its implementation program, guaranteeing a constant reporting to the Direction.
Training for Change Management
Change produces dynamics which have to be well-known in order to deal with them effectively day by day: the training for Change Management conducted by Exeo Consulting helps people to be leaders of change, both towards themselves and towards others.
